The location was CENTRAL. Tourist attractions were easily accessible by foot. Breakfast offered a NICE selection. The rooms were clean. I upgraded to a Superior Room. It faced the street and provided a beautiful view.
The hotel limited the amount of water available, not great, especially given the weather.

i found the location quite convenient. major attractions were easily accessible. the staff members i interacted with were helpful and spoke english well.
housekeeping was inconsistent . one day, my room was not cleaned at all. i also had to request basic supplies like shower caps, which i found inconvenient. additionally, i was placed in a room near the elevators, and it was quite noisy.

The location was perfect, close to everything i wanted to see. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my entire stay! my room even had an eiffel tower view. That was a huge plus, we loved it. i found the staff were pretty good, especially helping me with things since i am from canada.
the spa area could use a little more attention to cleanliness.

The staff provided very attentive service, and they acted quickly to solve any issues. anne-cecile particularly ensured i was well looked after. I thought that was lovely. the doorman was also kind and helpful.

the suite charles ferry eiffel tower view room was quite large and had an excellent view. the air conditioning worked very well, so the room was always comfortable. the bathroom had beautiful mirrors too, great.
